Sample Self-Care Menu

Our weekly self-care menu will offer a range of options, including relaxation products, evening and bath rituals, meditation, exercise, journaling prompts, spending time in nature, practicing gratitude, and engaging in a creative pursuits. Participants are urged to explore new activities to find what brings them joy and relaxation, and discuss their experiences with the group.

Group Discussion - 30 minutes

The group session will commence with a therapeutic support segment where participants are encouraged to express and converse about their issues relating to sleep or insomnia. This safe space allows individuals to openly share their struggles, seek understanding, and gain insights from others facing similar challenges.

Weekly Topic: Navigating Racing Thoughts

Group Relaxation - 20 minutes

Relaxation Practice: Participants are guided various movements that help release tension, improve body awareness, and encourage mindfulness. By focusing on the connection between breath and movement, somatic practices can help calm the mind and reduce stress.
