Training gives special attention to one’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and help us learn how to stay present and nurture our inner selves.

Connect with your own tender heart. This class encompasses loving kindness practices and ways to become more compassionate and empathetic toward yourself. Participants learn to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care and understanding. Kindness opens our hearts to suffering, so we can give ourselves what we need.

One of the most useful and grounding ways of attending to our body is the practice of walking meditation. Walking meditation is a universal practice for developing calm, inner peace, and embodied awareness. In this class we will share contemplative silence, reflect on our inner selves and nature. To complete the experience we will conclude with refreshing fruit slices, organic tea, and a sharing round of special moments.
